How to Redeem
STEP 1
Sign in to your account by tapping the icon in the bottom left corner of your screen
STEP 2
Select 'Ways to Redeem'
STEP 3
Pick the coupon you'd like to spend your points on
STEP 4
You'll then be given a code, which you can use at checkout to recieve a discount!

Q: How do I sign up?
If you've already shopped with SKDA and created an account, you'll automatically become a member of SKDA rewards. All you'll have to do is sign in with the login details you created your account with, and you can start earning points and climbing the ranks.
If you've never created an SKDA account, simply click the launcher in the bottom left corner of your screen, select 'Sign Up' and create an account! Then you're ready to go
Q: Can I earn points for previous purchases?
Unfortunately not. While we love to reward our loyal customers, we want to ensure everyone starts on a level playing field
Q: I can't remember my login details. What do I do?
No worries! Just hit 'forgot my password' on the sign in page and we'll send you a reset link so you can get back in!
Q: How long do I have to spend my points?
Your points will expire 1 (one) year from the day you earned them
Q: When my points expire, will it affect my VIP status?
Not at all, your VIP status is based on lifetime spend, not your current points balance. Your points can expire without it affecting your tier status - you'll still receive things like early access, annual gifts and exclusive VIP sales
Q: How will I know when my points are about to expire?
We'll send you an email 30 days before your points are set to expire. Make sure you use them quickly or they're gone forever!
Q: I've placed an order but my points aren't in my account yet
Your points will appear in your account as soon as your parcel is shipped (that way we can give you the maximum amount of points if you make any further additions to your order).
Once you've received your order shipped email, they should appear in your account straight away, where you can then turn them into epic rewards!
