Returns
We do not accept returns on any of our products. As each item is made to order, we are unable to restock or resell returned goods.
Change of Mind
- Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a store credit.
- After 12 hours, production will have begun and we cannot pause, cancel, or modify your order.
- Please note: Monetary refunds are not offered for change of mind.
If we do not hear from you within the 12-hour window, your order will proceed as scheduled.
Incorrect Information Supplied
If an incorrect selection is made during checkout (e.g. ordering for a KTM 450SXF instead of a KTM 450EXC), we can offer a 50% discount on a corrected replacement.
Product Faults or Quality Issues
If an error occurs on our part, we’ll take care of it:
- Wrong template used – We’ll issue a correct replacement.
- Incorrect number or colour received – We’ll send the correct item.
- Manufacturing defect – We’ll replace the faulty item.
Please include clear photos and a description of the issue when you reach out to help us resolve things quickly.
