These designs are specific for chrome as the method to printing is different in comparison to all other materials. Chrome material drastically alters ink colours meaning not every design can be printed or look good on this material. We have spent many hours testing these colours and patterns to ensure a finish we are proud of and know our customers will be blown away with the finish product. These selected kits take all factors into consideration to ensure we get the best out of the chrome material whilst also guaranteeing 100% satisfaction once installed.

It comes as no surprise that this material comes with a higher cost. SKDA is known for using the absolute best materials available in the industry and with these new designs, there is no exception. Traditional chrome material was reserved for flat surfaces or areas with minimal curves due to the limitations on the vinyl. This new material has been in the works for a long time and shares the same characteristics as other materials meaning there are no limitations to where chrome can be installed. Due to the intensive R&D required to achieve this, the price of the material is understandable higher than standard predecessors.

Custom designs - Yes, We can definitely arrange you a custom one-off kit with chrome material! The process in design is very much the same as always however, we may tend to encourage certain colours to ensure satisfaction with the print. One of the side effects with this new medium is that certain colours like White can print in an ‘off’ colour unlike what is generally seen on our kits. This is something our designers will work with you in selecting when arranging your kit.
